Step 1: Send a photo of your pet (clear, accurate color, eye level, great lighting)
Step 2: Watercolor Hand-Painted Portrait
Step 3: Scanned Portrait (edited on to a white background in Photoshop)
Step 4: Zazzle Product (must be ordered directly from the link sent to client at the end of the process/all product costs are seperate and paid directly to Zazzle). From here, please contact Zazzle customer service with all further inquries about your product. I do not make/ship the items and do not have access to order information.

Process Information

The Zazzle designs featured in my store are created from hand-painted watercolor portraits that are scanned/edited to create the digital portraits shown. You can order a custom watercolor portrait and a digital file to create a Zazzle design.

You would receive the physical portrait via USPS and the digital file is sent via email. The painting process takes about 3-4 weeks. There may be a waitlist depending on time frame. The digital file is a high-quality scan of your portrait in PNG format that is edited onto a white background. I design and send you the Zazzle link for the napkins after the portrait is completed. The napkin product prices are separate and payment will be made to Zazzle. Once an order is placed with Zazzle, contact Zazzle customer service with all further inquiries about your product. I do not make/ship the items and do not have access to order information. Zazzle has excellent customer service and a satisfaction guaranteed policy.

Please read my artist/purchaser contract before placing an order for a custom watercolor portrait. To request a quote, send your best photos and what size portrait you’d like to carolineduranart@outlook.com. Photos should be well-lit, true to color, straight on, and at eye level. Good photos lead to great portraits and are painted to the likeness of the photo. After I receive this info, I will send a final quote for the portrait and ask for some additional shipping information. A deposit (half the quote) must be paid to secure your order. Deposits can be paid on Venmo, Zelle, or credit card invoice by request.
